My goal is to market your property leveraging all available resources, including print media, electronic media and the Internet to achieve the highest reasonable price in the shortest period of time.

 

Home and Price Analysis:

 

  1. Tour of your home
  2. Detailed collection of homes features and benefits.
  3. Prepare a market analysis of your property to establish a marketing range within which homes of similar structure and location have sold within the past 6 months to a year.  An analysis of homes currently on the market will also be done.  By comparing the attributes of your home with those sold and for sale, along with the objectives of your particular situation, determine a marketing price and pricing strategy for the contract period.
  4. Review of extended pricing plan.
  5. Signing of a listing agreement.

 

Marketing Preparation:

 

  1. Review the various aspects of your home, and recommend possible things that could be done to present your home in its best marketing condition.
  2. Indoor and outdoor high definition digital photography.
  3. Review of photos and selection of “best of class”.
  4. Creation of a description that best defines the qualities of the home.

  6. Creation of full color brochure of the house and review. (Printable from your custom website as well!)  People who visit the site can print it out and/or forward it to friends via e-mail!
  7. Review of MLS page.
  8. Approval for entry of photos and descriptions into the MLS system.
